As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing a funnel for our candidate pool for our top clients, supporting our tactical and fast-paced business.
Working closely with the recruitment team and account managers you will be accountable for the search, source and interviewing aspects of the recruitment process, developing a temporary and permanent candidate pipeline for our 3 lines of business – IT, Accounting & Finance and Administrative Services.
You will be responsible for developing a progressive, innovative and ‘thinking outside of the box’ style to recruitment to contribute to our competitive position in Toronto and the GTA.
The ideal Recruiter will have 1+ years of experience in recruitment and/or a College Diploma or University Degree. Experience in an agency or corporate recruitment setting will put you a cut above the rest!
At Staffworks we provide you with the means, the tools, and the support to run your own recruitment desk while collaborating and contributing to our seasoned and bustling close-knit team.
- Collaborates with the recruitment team to forge ahead best strategies to search, source and present top talent to employers across the GTA.
- Provides full cycle recruitment support to our clients
- Schedules and organizes logistics of candidate interviews
- Negotiates and manages any offers/agreements and business relationships with clients and candidates
- Provides relevant industry information collected through the search process to calibrate or strategize the recruitment process
- Designs and develops customized job descriptions as per the business partners needs
- Backs-up and assist the recruitment team in all lines of business, including IT, Accounting & Finance and Administrative requisitions.
- Maintains an engaged and communicative relationship with candidates through the use of social media, and monthly eblasts
- Contributes to short- and long-term strategic planning around attracting and retaining talent
