Find a new hire ASAP that matches a very specific list of requirements.
The designated recruiter will search, source, screen (phone), interview (in-person; behavioral interviewing), test/evaluate (with access to over 1,300 online evaluations ranging from customer service skills evaluations, to computer application/software skill verification evaluations) and conduct professional reference checks as well as any other background check: credit, criminal, and education verification. After this process has been thoroughly completed and the candidate pool assessed, the recruiter will narrow down the candidates to the best-suited talent, always keeping in mind any “nice to have’s” or “need to have’s” at the request of the employer for soft skills such as that “fit” for the company/team.
